Burnout…

                                     … you need a change!

 
Stress and the resultant burnout, are real
… and are becoming more and more prevalent,
because we are trying to do too much for too long.

      Constantly being busy, making a living,
      … trying to achieve more and more all the time
      … may well be called life,
      but it is like having the same dream every night,
      … caught in a maze
      from which you can’t see a way of escape.

If you keep working and working,
… eventually your brain goes into neutral,
with the result that your mind stops functioning.
Why?
Because it is NOT being stimulated,
… being not only used, but actually abused.

      Your brain, your mind, your emotions – need breathing space,
      … they need a rest, a break, a holiday,
      They NEED a CHANGE!
      It is not about what you change,
      … but that you open yourself up to change.

Make ‘taking a break’ part of your life, a regular practice,
… time to breathe, and to see life from a different perspective.
It will help you deal with what you have to do,
… and show you the way to a new step in your life!

      As the saying goes,
      … a change is as good as a holiday!
