God supplies the seed

                                    …that you need to succeed!

God invites us into His Kingdom
… where all our needs are met.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness,
and all these things shall be added to you.
      Matthew 6:33

Yet it seems that this does not work so well!
Because our needs are not met in what God does
but in what we do with what He provides.

Jesus told the parable of the talents
      Matthew 25:14-30 – Luke 19:11-27

The two servants who worked with what God supplied
… were blessed and their needs met.
The one servant who did not work with God’s supply
… God simply could not bless.

Why not?
God’s Kingdom is based on
Genesis 8:22
The law of …
seedtime and harvest.

Who will supply the seed that we need?

But to succeed
you need
to work with that seed!

      Do not be deceived, God is not mocked;
for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
      Galatians 6:7

fake news …

                              …how would you know?

Can you really trust what you hear or read?
NO, regrettably not!
So how then can you know
… what is fake and what is not fake news?

If it brings pressure or fear
whilst promoting a solution that has
… a cost to your livelihood,
… a cost to your freedom,
and limits your rights and abilities…

Is there any good in that news?
      Nothing at all!
It’s rooted and driven by what is negative!

On the other hand …

If it brings pressure – with a solution
that does NOT cost you your livelihood
and does not threaten your freedom
… nor attempt to limit your rights and abilities…

That is good news, that is real news!
Yes, it does have the same facts
… but is dealt with honestly and positively!

As is written …

      Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you;
not as the world gives do I give to you.
Let not your heart be troubled,
      neither let it be afraid.
      John 14 27

What are you expecting?

                                 … to receive?

Do you believe that God can heal?
… most people do.
Yet so many are NOT healed!
Why not?

As we have learnt from life,
… receiving is not up to the giver.
That means, that for God to heal you,
… you not only must believe that God does heal,
YOU have to believe that God WILL heal YOU!
For that is when believing becomes faith,

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not seen.
      Hebrews 11:1

Think of it this way.
You are thirsty,
and God has a jug of water.
The question is,
… have YOU brought a CUP
because you believe God will fill it for you!

But without faith it is impossible to please Him,
for he who comes to God must believe that He is,
and that He is a rewarder of those
      who diligently seek Him.

      Hebrews 11:6

Believe He will reward you
… and you will be rewarded!

Living by faith

… in the power of LOVE!

The just shall live by faith.
      Romans 1 17

Yet Paul also added to this, saying

      And now abide faith, hope, love, these three;
but the greatest of these is love.
      1 Corinthians 13 13

How can that be?
Should I live by faith or by love?

Well, consider this…
Can a man move a mountain? – No!
Can God move a mountain? – Yes!
And we also know that…

God is love, and he who abides in love
abides in God, and God in him.
      1 John 4 16

So, since God is love,
… and He can move mountains,
it is obvious that …
if I live by faith in LOVE
then LOVE in me – can move a mountain!

For we through the Spirit eagerly wait
the hope of righteousness by faith.
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision
      nor uncircumcision avails anything,
      – but faith working through love. –
      Galatians 5 5-6

      Living by faith
in the power of Love Himself!

Take the opportunity

                                 … and live that potential!

Through the Bible there are numerous incidents
in which God touched the lives of people,
… changing their circumstances
and impacting their future!

By freeing them from their past,
      removing obstacles from their lives,
bringing physical, mental and spiritual healing.

However, unlike what we usually expect God to do,
God never gives us physical things like money, etc.

So what does God do, what does God give?

For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord,
plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
plans to give you hope and a future.

      Jeremiah 29 11

God gives us visions, opportunities and plans for a great future!
God cannot change our attitude, thinking or character,
but He does tell us what we should deal with in our lives,
… and He is there to help us in our weakness and need!

Concerning this thing I pleaded with the Lord three times
that it might depart from me. And He said to me,
My grace is sufficient for you,
for My strength is made perfect in weakness.

      2 Corinthians 12 8-9

Hear Him, trust Him and follow Him
into His perfect plan for your life!

Need to know…

                                 Then you need – G.P.S.

Looking for an answer, for direction?
Needing to know where to go, or what to do?

Well, obviously you can Google it,
… you can read literature or watch a video,
… even ask around for advice or guidance!
don’t run off with what someone else said,
… or even with what they told you God said to them,
taking it as a word God also meant for you!
No! No! No!
You MUST hear God for yourself!

It is like someone telling you about their super holiday,
… fantastic accommodation, beach, sites, food etc.,
and getting there is easy, just follow these instructions!
But, is that really for you?
Will the way there be the same for you?

Listening to advice or someone else’s experience is great,
… but is that really for you?
Maybe – BUT – you better do your own research!
And …
before you start off, put on your own GPS
– God’s Positioning Service –
more commonly known as ‘praying in the Spirit’
Make the Holy Spirit your guide,
… and let the Words of Jesus give you peace.

Have a great day … with Him and in Him!

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come,
he will guide you into all truth:
      for he shall not speak of himself;
but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak:
and he will show you things to come.
      John 16:13

In His provision…

                                 …by His Spirit!

Do you want God
… to truly be God in your life?
Do you want God
… to do all that He promised in your life?
Then start depending on Him!

Not just by finding what He promised in His Word!
Not just by confessing His Word!
Not by ‘5 steps’ to receiving God’s promises!
      But … by His Spirit

Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,
      Says the Lord of hosts.
      Zech 4:6

For this very reason God gave us the Holy Spirit,
… to be our helper, teacher and guide.
Let Him guide you into all truth.
Let Him show you things to come,
and most importantly,
let Him be the power of God in your life.

      Now we have received,
not the spirit of the world,
but the Spirit who is from God,
that we might know the things
that have been freely given to us by God.

And that we walk in and may become,
… all that God planned for us to be.

For as many as are led by the Spirit of God,
      these are sons of God.
      Rom 8 14

                                 Life in abundance!

Mostly when we talk about prosperity,
… we are talking about money and the things we have,
but is that God’s idea of prosperity?

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things
and be in health, just as your soul prospers.
      3 John 2-3

Why does God want us to prosper?
Not primarily so that we have,
… but so that we have to give.

True prosperity is having more than you need,
for the specific purpose that you will have
– seed in your hands to give –

      Let the Lord be magnified,
Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.
      Psalm 35 27

God not only wants us to give
but He desires that we be prosperous in all things
… able and free to abundantly give!

I am come that they might have life,
and that they might have it more abundantly.
      John 10 10

Hopeful not Hopeless

                                     … and certainly not faithless!

We probably all know,
or at least have heard the scripture …

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not seen.
      Heb 11 1

But what does that mean where I am?

Well, answer these questions for yourself …
– What am I expecting or hoping for?
– What do I believe is going to happen?

If you don’t have hope for what God promised,
      … you are hopeless.
If you don’t believe that God will do what He promised,
      … you are faithless.
      But …

If you believe God is able to do what is not seen (as yet),
… you have hope and you have faith.

And your faith will surely work!
Because …

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for,
the evidence of things not seen.
      Heb 11 1

The act …

                                          … of forgiveness!

To forgive, or saying you forgive someone
… is easy.
Getting out from under the pressure of condemnation
because of what was said or has happened,
… that’s difficult.

So what do you do?
You make the decision to forgive
by surrounding that person with love
as an act of faith.

When thoughts of that person come up,
are you going to remember what happened
… and dwell on the past?
      Or …
are you going to bless and uplift that person
… because you made the decision to forgive?

The choice is yours.

If you have decided to forgive,
… then every time you think of that person,
speak blessing and life over that person.
Don’t harbour negative or condemning thoughts.
That act of faith to be positive and to bless,
… is what will free you from the negative past.

Judge not, and you shall not be judged.
Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned.
Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
Give, and it will be given to you:
      Luke 6 37-38
